Ralph Townsend is President and CEO of Caliber Completion Services and serves on the Board of Directors. Ralph founded Caliber in 2019. Previously, he was the Vice President of Wireline Operations for Pioneer Energy Services from 2015 to 2019, responsible for North American wireline operations. From 2004 to 2015, Ralph held various roles of increasing responsibility at Halliburton Energy Services, affording him the opportunity to work in multiple North American basins and overseas. Most recently, he was the company’s Southern Region Manager of Wireline and Perforating. Ralph is a U.S. Navy veteran, serving as an Aviation Ordnanceman from 1995 to 1999. Ralph attended Cameron University and Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and completed multiple courses at Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
